He is not only a social media influencer but also a well-known and celebrated Peruvian singer, rapper, songwriter, video editor and director. The benchmark in his musical career can be seen from the release of his famous song Aqui Sola.
Yung Caza, who is also known as Diego Sanchez, was born on January 27, 1998 in a small town of San Martin De Porres, Lima Peru. There he spent a notable part of his childhood. He moved to the United States in 2020 with his mother and brother and there he began the journey of his life with music.
Yung Caza started singing and performing regionally in several concerts from a very early age i.e. eight years. His elder cousin accompanied Yung Caza in his beginning. During that period he was greatly under the influence of Shakira, Calle-13, Daddy Yankee and Juan Gabriel.
In 2007 he moved into Jackson Heights, Queens NY and the place proved to be just like his homeland i.e. Peru. His new home provided him all he was yearning for i.e. the culture and the music too. He came to know about Reggaeton and it started to give an everlasting effect onto his mind. Some of the significant influential artists who inspired Yung Caza were Daddy Yankee, Arcangel, Bad Bunny, De La Ghetto, Wisin y Yandel and Zion y Lennox.
His love for music took a noteworthy turn when he decided in 2017 to raise his love to the earnest point. Yung Caza was extremely inspired by XXXTENTACION, DMX and Waka Flocka Flame. He started with Screamo Rap after making a few friends amongst the people in the underground Trap Rock world.
Yung Caza released his solo song “Flex” from the platform of SoundCloud which proved to be a point of attention from many artists and producers. Meanwhile he kept performing in concerts in NY and Florida. He got success through this but he felt that he has a lot to do with the love he had for Latin Music.
Another solo song i.e. Didadoo was launched by Yung Caza on SoundCloud in 2019. This song got more than 2 million views and this extraordinary viewership caught the attention of Akon too.
Yung Caza got approached and offered for a deal by Akon. But such a deal could not be put into action as it was never signed because of certain common reasons. Nevertheless Yung Caza started writing for some renowned Latin musicians.
The release of Aqui Sola which featured Ase De Rosier brought a tremendous reaction from a bulk of fans. This video got more than 300k views in the first month of its release.
Yung Caza has also got viralled due to a few of his outrageous clips on which he responded that he would surely focus more on music from now on because he had gone viral for wrong reasons.
