Luckily, there is no shortage of activities that can divert your attention away from a bowl of macaroni and cheese or a bag of potato chips.

You can simply get rid of boredom by doing any of your favourite activities. Read, play games, watch a movie or get engaged in any of the interesting activities that stimulate you. If you’re not sure about these things, maybe you should do a little reading online on weight loss or the 8-week challenge itself.
