How to maintain healthy hair

One of the easiest hair care methods at home is to wash your hair regularly. Regular does not mean daily. Do not wash your hair every day, once every 2-3 days it will be enough, that experts confirm.

Washing hair, I would like to draw your attention to the following significant points:

It is important to choose the right shampoo that is right for your hair type. If the hair after washing seems thin, clumped or begins to become electrified when it comes in contact with clothing, it means you have incorrectly selected the shampoo. With the right shampoo, the hair becomes shiny and voluminous.

It is recommended to buy shampoos of professional series, at a price they do not differ much from ordinary shampoos from mass networks, but they are much superior in quality.

If it is not possible to purchase expensive shampoos, buy cosmetic oil at the pharmacy, for example: rose, jasmine, jojoba. Add 3-4 drops of oil to your shampoo. This will give the hair shine and aroma.

After shampoo washing, it is necessary to apply a balm or conditioner on the hair so that the hair is getting smoother and perfectly combed.

We recommend not to apply conditioner or balm to all hair from the roots, in this case the hair will be oily. Apply conditioner or balm from the middle of the hair, then the effect of their use will be great.

We do not recommend washing your hair with too hot water, this spoils the hair and can cause to gradually fall-out. To wash your hair, it is better to use slightly warm water, and at the end it is good to rinse your hair with cool water. This will smooth the inner scales of the hair and give it a healthy shine.

To soften hard water, add a teaspoon of baking soda or ammonia to it. Water becomes soft and degreases hair very well.
